CASWELL YOUTH SERIES: Policies and Procedures
TICKETING FOR TEACHERS/CHAPERONES:
TWO teacher/chaperones will be admitted FREE with every twenty (20) student tickets purchased for grades K-3, and ONE teacher/chaperone is admitted FREE with every twenty (20) student tickets purchased for grades 4-12.
Purchasing Tickets:
When purchasing tickets, please include 1) the TOTAL number of student tickets desired, 2) the TOTAL number of FREE teachers/chaperones accompanying your students, and 3) the TOTAL number of PAID teachers/chaperones attending. If you wish your bus drivers to attend the performance, they MUST also be included in your adult totals.
A signed purchase order, check or credit card number (VISA and Mastercard ONLY) must accompany ALL orders. Regretfully, we cannot 'hold' seats, or accept unpaid 'reservations.' ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
SEATING ASSIGNMENTS:
Seats are assigned in the order in which we receive PAID ticket orders. For K-5 shows, we do make an effort to seat the youngest students where they can best see and hear, but please keep in mind that the orchestra section only seats a total of 286 people, so we can virtually never accommodate everyone who wants orchestra seating.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Should inclement weather conditions force Caswell County Schools to close, we will make every effort to re-schedule affected performances. If neighboring school systems close and Caswell County Schools remain open, we have no choice contractually but to proceed with all scheduled events. In that instance, however, we would offer you the choice of either substituting another show at a later date or a full refund.
STUDY GUIDES:
FREE Study Guides for each attraction will be mailed to you with your order confirmation or you may download them here; please feel free to duplicate as desired. These helpful and informative materials feature creative activities to help support teachers' lesson plans, and reinforce curriculum connections both before and after the performance.
